Royal Elastics accepts the following cards:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
Payment Declines
If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if your shipping address is in California, USA.
