How do I return an item?
If for any reason, you are returning a product, please send us an e-mail at customersupport@royalelastics.com to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before sending the product back.
If you would like to return or exchange the product, you must notify us in 7 days, from the day you received the product.
If the product has not been used and it has been kept in original condition, we will give full refund (minus the shipping charges) on the product. The shipping charges and any other charges that may occur due to the return will be covered by the customer.
If this order was a free shipping order, customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges. If Royal Elastics has shipped you a wrong item, we will exchange the product at our cost.
