Undeliverable Package
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us for the following reasons, we issue a refund of product fee.
  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused by receipient
If this order was a free shipping order, customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges.
